Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in History, Education, or a related field.
2. Recognized teaching qualification (B.Ed., PGCE, or equivalent).
3. Certification or training in IB and/or Cambridge IGCSE curricula.
4. Demonstrated expertise in teaching History at secondary and senior secondary levels.
5. Strong command of written and spoken English.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

1. 5–7 years of successful teaching experience within the IGCSE and IB Diploma Programme.
2. Proven experience in leading and supporting a minimum of 4 cohorts through either IGCSE or IBDP programmes, with strong academic outcomes preferred.
3. Strong subject knowledge across History, with a focus on inquiry-based and concept-driven learning.
4. The ability to develop critical thinking, analytical writing, and interpretative skills in students.
5. A strong record of supporting both academic achievement and overall student growth.
6. A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to a dynamic teaching community.
