Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in English, English Literature, Education, or a related field.
2. Recognized teaching qualification (B.Ed., PGCE, or equivalent).

Experience:

1. Certification or training in IB and/or Cambridge IGCSE curricula.
2. Demonstrated expertise in teaching English Language and Literature at secondary and senior secondary levels.
3. Strong command of written and spoken English.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

1. 5–7 years of successful teaching experience within the IGCSE and IB Diploma Programme.
2. Proven experience in leading and supporting a minimum of 4 cohorts through either IGCSE or IBDP programmes, with strong academic outcomes preferred.
3. Strong subject knowledge across English Language and Literature, with a focus on inquiry-based and concept-driven learning.
4. The ability to develop critical thinking, analytical writing, and interpretative skills in students.
5. A strong record of supporting both academic achievement and overall student growth.
6. A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to a dynamic teaching community.
